Ms. Amelia
After several years of catering success in the Gulf Shores area, Ms. Amelia started Amelia's Deli Back in 1996 with her two daughters, Erika and Lisa. She has six grandchildren. She is a true Gulf Shores local having graduated from Foley High School in 1963. She is our head chef and owner/operator.
Lisa
Lisa is our catering coordinator and Amelia's oldest daughter. She returned to daily operations at the deli after nine and a half years of managing a catering contract in Foley. She makes people happy with food.
Amanda
Amanda is the marketing manager, Amelia's oldest granddaughter, and Lisa's only daughter. You may see her sitting on her computer during lunch but she is mostly behind the scenes. If you interact with us online, it is Amanda that is interacting back.
